Welcome to Inveredrie Farm, Glenshee (Glen of the Fairies)
 

Inveredrie Farm nestles at the foot of Duchray hill 3/4 of a mile from the
main A93, halfway between Braemar and Blairgowrie and only 1.5 miles south of the Spittal of Glenshee.


In the Eighteenth century Inveredrie was a Fermtoun (farm town) that consisted of sixty-two separate buildings the ruins of which can still be seen today. 

 






More recently the present farmhouse, stone outbuildings and mill together with several acres of surrounding land were purchased by the present owners David and Margaret Young from the Invercauld Estate.

The Farmhouse had been unoccupied for some time prior to purchase and was in need of complete renovation and it is hoped the renovation of the remaining buildings and surrounding area will follow.
